Deliveries and Returns

Christmas 2018 

Christmas returns policy - Items purchased online or instore between 5th of November 2018 and the 24th of December 2018, can be returned until the 31st January 2019 as long as they are in an un-used condition.

Christmas Deliveries - The last date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is the 1st of December 2018. After this date we can not guarantee that your order will arrive before the 24th of December due to constraints with the Royal Mail and supplier stock. 

Click & collect will not be operating between the 22nd of December and the 3rd of January. No items can be collected during these dates. 

Christmas closure - The shop will be closed between the 21st of December and the 2nd of January. During this period no items will be shipped. All orders will be dispatched following the 3rd of January. 

 

Delivery

We are committed to delivering your purchases as efficiently as possible.

We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries and DHL for international deliveries.

Between Monday – Friday all orders are dealt with on a daily basis this means that turnaround on UK deliveries is usually within 14 days.  At peak times such as Christmas, deliveries may take slightly longer. PLEASE NOTE that between then 22nd of December and the 2nd of January no orders will be processed.

European deliveries usually take between 12 and 16 days

We work closely with our carriers to ensure the best possible service, if you have not received a package within the timelines indicated above please contact us on shop.enquiries@bangor.ac.uk and we will do our best to resolve the situation

Claims arising from damage to packages in transit must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your goods, please return them within 28 days and we will, subject to the goods being unused and in a re-saleable condition, either exchange them or refund you. You should return the goods to Business Development, Campus and Property services, Victoria Drive, Bangor, Gwynedd LL57 2EN.   We will process returns as soon as they arrive, except during extremely busy periods when there may be a short delay

Please note:
When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we therefore strongly recommend that you send it by registered post. The direct cost of returning and/or exchanging the goods is also your responsibility. 

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a refund.

Items purchased and delivered via the click and collect option can be returned to Ffriddoedd Shop. You will be required to show proof of purchase.
